History and condition before starting G Therapy:

- Cannot come to sitting position on his own.
- Sits passively only, with poor weight bearing on left U/E.
- Creeping present forward and sideways.
- Supported standing possible with proper back support.
- Poor eye-hand coordination.
- No walking possible.
Observations after G-Therapy :
- Slight reduction in tone in the L/E
- Still does not come to sitting position on his own.
- Maintains the quadruped position with poor weight bearing on
left U/E.
- When made to stand, lifts his legs forward for walking purpose
with full support on elbows.
- Speech improved.
Parents Report -
Physical Improvements :
No noticeable improvements seen or milestones achieved. However,
inspite of therapist being out of station for 15 days, she found
no tightness after her return. However, during her absence, mother
used to make him sit crossed-leg for one hour, besides taking him
for an hourly evening round in a stroller with ‘AFO’s on.
Vision : Slight improvement in focussing observed.
Mental Awareness : Maintained at last months level – He is more
aware of the surroundings.
Skin Complexion : A little pinkish glow noticed in the complexion.
Toilet Control : is more specific after G. Therapy.
He is on Baclofen 10mg ˝ tablet twice a day since last 3 years
and is also receiving Valparin. He is on extensive physiotherapy
since last 5 years. Overall there is a definite improvement after
starting G Therapy.
