Arshiya reported here with chief complaints delayed physical mental and speech Milestones with drooling and constipation.

Her history was suggestive of consanguinous parents with elder brother having similar presentation. Natal history was suggestive of delayed birth cry, no post natal complication reported. History of one episode of felaile convulsion at 7th month of age.

Improvements noted in 9 months of G – Therapy :

• Drooling was comparitively less.
• Increased in head circumference (40 – 41 cm).
• Stopped putting stool over her head.
• Started coming to supported standing position independently.
• Speech no change.
• Started monkey walking.
• Slightly better eye – contact now.
