Deepa reported here with chief complaints of slow over all growth with slow in academic skills & grasping abilities. Her birth history was suggestive of twin delivery ; (other twin normal). No post natal complications; All the milestones achieved were late. (walking 8 years Speaking 4 year)

• Started taking interest in house hold activities.
