Percy reported here with chief complaints of delayed physical mental and speech milestones with right sided weakness of whole body. History was suggestive of caesarian delivery (PIH) history of cyanosis during neonatal period with neonatal Jaundice too; history of neonatal convulsion on 3rd DOB.

CTS - was suggestive of cerebral anoxia sequelae with widened subarachnoid Spaces.

EEG - Suggestive of abnormality with epileptic focus with generalization.

Improvements noted in 5 months of G – Therapy :

• On being given food items in his hands started to eat it.
• Better response to his name.
• Started imitating few words.
• Started climbing on the bed and coming down also.
• Better visual tracking skill.
• Head Circumference has increased (46 – 46.5 cm.).
• Started taking afternoon nap.
