Saurabhi reported here with chief complaints of seizure disorder with left sided weakness with hyperactivity with inability to perform fine – motor activities with bed – wetting.

Her history was suggestive of FTND; no post natal complications; history of convulsions since 1 & ½ year of age; normal MRI / CTS / EEG on investigation.

All the milestones were achieved late (walking 1 & ½ ; speech 3 year). Family history was suggestive of diabetes in father since last 20 years with hyperglycemic convulsions too.

Improvements noted in 11 months of G – Therapy :

• Mild reduction in hyperactivity was noted.
• Bed – wetting has stopped now.
• Independent in her brushing activity now.
• Recent development of hitting other people.
• Better chewing of food.
• Over eating tendency has reduced.
