Shweta reported here with chief complaints unclear speech with poor intellectual development. Her birth history was suggestive of prolonged labor with delayed birth cry; There was history of febrile seizures at 1 & ½ year and at 4 year of age. Her EEG was suggestive of diffuse slowing.

Improvements noted in 8 months of G – Therapy :

• Started communicating in sentence but quality of speech was same.
• Temper tantrums were reduced.
• Better understanding skill.
• Started writing her name.
• Head circumference was increased ( 50 cm. – 50.5 cm. ).
• Was better scholastically slightly.
