Suhel reported here with chief complaints of unclear speech with poor academic skills with less socialization.

His history was suggestive of consanguinous parents with younger sister having similar presentation. Natal history was reported normal; delayed achievement of milestones (walking – 3 year, speech – 5-6 year).

Improvements noted in 9 months of G – Therapy :

• Increased Head circumference ( 44-45 cm. ).
• Started communicating in full – sentence with better clarity too.
• Better social – interaction skills.
• Started writing numbers 1 to 4.
• Better understanding skills.
