Chief complaints :

• Delayed speech milestones only 1-2 word.
• Delayed academic skills.
• Unable to walk effectively.

History :

• ANH suggestive of Malaria & UTI in months during pregnancy + full bed rest too.
• History of LSCS done.
• Operated for left PUJ obstruction at 1 & ½ year of age.
• History of convulsion too at 1 & ½ year of age.
• Delayed achievement of all milestones (walking – 2 year).

 

Improvements noted after 23 months of G therapy:

• Speech fully functional now and can speak sentence also.
• Attends normal school now - Junior Kg.
• Proper balance while walking now. Can squat also.
• Can write the numers 1 to 5 now and few alphabets too.
• Better understanding skill.
