Mr. S. Agarwal, a 35 years old male with Right Hip fracture with damage to both anterior and posterior columns of the acetabulum with central dislocation with sciatic nerve palsy in a car accident in April’95. He had an abnormal gait with Right Side foot drop for one year. NCV studies before Neuro G–Therapy showed evidence of right sciatic nerve palsy, above the branch to right biceps, the common peroneal division was more affected and showed minimal regeneration while the posterior tibial division showed a fairly good regeneration pattern. He started Neuro G–Therapy in April’96.
Three months after treatment his foot drop improved and NCV also showed, improved velocities of all nerves: amplitudes of posterior tibial and sural showed increase as compared to previous study. Good regeneration pattern was seen in gastrocnemius and biceps.
